Remove upper radiator hose. Remove the 4 bolts on top of the radiator and
AC fans.
I've read some people removed the radiator to give them more room to work on the timing belt. I chose to just remove the radiator fan and A/C fans, and leave the radiator in place. It seemed simpler to me and still gave me as much room as I needed to do the job. Just be careful in not dinging the explosed cooling fins of the radiator during the rest of the work. |
