| Remove Racing Beat sway bar brace. It looked like this brace was in the way of getting access to the crankshaft bolt, so I removed it. If you look at Racing Beat's design of this brace, it's a pretty dumb engineering solution to prevent the sway bar bracket from breaking due to movement of a beefy front sway bar. At the time I bought it, the better solution was to install stronger sway bar brackets brackets from Mazda motorsports but I've read that's not quite an easy install. |
